We're pleased to announce that Sainsbury's, Perry Road, Basford have chosen Family Care as their charity of the year.

Family Care were nominated by customers at the supermarket during June. Shortlisted charities were then invited in to present to the Sainsbury's team about the work they do and how they could work together before the staff decided on their chosen charity.

Supermarket manager Nick Hawkins said: "Family Care is such a worthy local cause and we're pleased and proud to be supporting it over the next 12 months"

This is a great opportunity for Family Care and we plan to work closely with Sainsbury's over the next year to let more people in our local community hear about the great work that we do and how they can help.
