Regular Giving through your bank account
You could help Family Care by sending a regular amount! Family Care’s promise form
gives you the option of donating either monthly, quarterly or annually from your bank account. You can choose how much, how often and for how long.

Gift Aid or CAF donations
Regular and one off donations can be gift aided so please download our gift aid form to
increase your giving.
If you have a caf account then you can either send us your caf cheque made payable to
Family Care or you can donate on line via your caf card.
Become a Friend
A friend can also help Family Care in many ways organising a fundraising event at
their home or workplace, sharing our newsletter with friends or colleagues, or donating to
Family Care instead of sending Christmas cards at work. These are just some ideas as a
friend you will probably have many more ideas of your own.
What are Legacies?
Legacies are gifts of assets or money donated via a supporter’s Will. A Will is a
gift to relatives, friends and charities that are important to you. It is the only way to
ensure that your wishes are concluded after you die. It is quite feasible that your entire
estate might go the Crown if you do not have a valid will. If you are married, living with a
partner or have children they will not automatically receive your estate if you have not made
a Will. Charitable legacies are exempt from Inheritance Tax so all of your gift will support
our work.
